Who it's for

You don't need another course. You need one thing in your portfolio that looks like you know what you're doing.

🎓

🔄

Career Pivoters

Coming from another field into IT or cybersecurity. Your background is a story — your docs should tell it.

💼

Help desk, desktop support, SOC analyst paths — documentation discipline sets you apart.

Messy to professional in days, not months.

You send the chaos. You get something you'd actually put on a resume.

Before
# networking lab
ok so did the config thing
ip address? 192.168.1.x [screenshot1.png]
error code: 0x80072EE2
tried pinging gateway... worked???
but then DNS broke again
[screenshot2-not-sure-what-this-is.png]
basically tried a bunch of stuff
idk what I'm doing tbh
# TODO: finish lab report

Screenshots in random folders. Notes all over the place. Nothing organized.

After
# Networking Lab: DNS Configuration
## Objective
Configure static IP and resolve DNS issues in a Windows Server environment.
## Network Configuration
IP Address: 192.168.1.50
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
DNS Server: 8.8.8.8
## Troubleshooting Log
Issue: DNS resolution failing after static IP
Error: 0x80072EE2
Resolution: Reset WinSock, flush DNS cache
## What I Learned
Static IP requires careful DNS attention. The winsock error indicated catalog corruption. Flushing ipconfig /flushdns resolved it.

Clear headings, troubleshooting section, what you learned — portfolio-ready.

Three steps. Two days. One thing you'll be proud of.
